Beginners Meditation
This class is for those who are new to a meditation practice, and are just beginning their curiosity into embracing stillness in the body and mind. Meditation is a grounding practice that connects you with your true self, and with the earth. Focus will be on establishing a relationship with the breath, and inviting a relaxing state of ease in the body, and mind. Releasing stress, tension, and allowing yourself to be here now, in the present moment.

Hatha Vinyasa Flow
Nicole teaches a gentle Hatha vinyasa flow, with emphasis on alignment, posture, and breath work. She happily accommodates all levels of practice and any injuries or limitations a student might have. Nicole’s practice aims to correctly and safely align students’ asanas and to find a deeper level of discovery in each asana by incorporating pranayama and a variety of other methods, such as aromatherapy.

Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra literally means deep sleep. This practice is a deep sleep guided meditation that catalyzes a full and complete reset of the nervous system, as the body finds its natural state of homeostasis. Practiced lying down, we draw our attention inwards, as you are guided into purposefully peeling back the layers of illusion, your koshas,( your 5 layers of self) revealing unto you your subconscious mind. This practice has the powerful ability to reprogram your neural pathways,releasing samskaras ( deep impressions in the brain) of outdated and unhealthy thought patterns or suppressed emotions. With regular practice you open up to powerful new insights and Self love.
